Because you know that a set of GCSEs with top grades means that your child will be eligible to enrol in the A-Levels that they need in order to become a medical doctor, dentist or veterinarian. Such as A-Level Chemistry, Biology and Maths at selective six-form colleges in the UK.
And if they don’t achieve a set of top grades in their GCSEs?
